TO FOLLOW:
Here's a post for all you S.O.S. readers who have not yet decided to follow or don't know how to follow my blog. By becoming a Follower of my blog, dear reader, you don't incur any spam emails or annoying flyers under your windshield asking for money. (I make no money from this thing. I promise you. Though I will occasionally insist you buy me wine.) However, I do gain the satisfaction of knowing that people actually read these S.O.S. ruminations of mine and I feel encouraged to keep doing what I'm doing. And everyone out there who isn't following and just reading... Well, you're what we call a lurker. But I guess you can keep reading if you want to.So just click "Follow". Everyone's doing it. You know you want to. It's that button right above all the cute pictures of my extremely intelligent current followers. For the solid 12 of you (well, 11 - minus me), you just earned yourself five million superpoints.
TO COMMENT:
Next order of business: the (even more appreciated) Comment. This feat, folks, is very easy and makes a big difference to the site and everyone who reads it. And writes it.
When you comment on a post 1) I get feedback on my content and know how better to serve you, dear reader, and 2) it opens the forum to the rest of you SOSers to discuss amongst yourselves. I am here talk to you, yes... but to also learn from you about your life as a significant other of a medical student, doctor, or whatever (you know I don't discriminate). But I do ask you to speak up! A couple of you have and I am entirely grateful. The point of this site is to learn from one another.
Lord knows, I shouldn't be doing all the talking.
Sincerely Yours,
The Chick at the Keyboard
